About SCOG:
The Southall Church of God was established in 1983 as a small group to reach the people of the town with the Good news of Jesus Christ. From its humble beginnings, the group has now grown and developed into a large and vibrant church, making real and lasting impact upon the lives of many people.
Joe Kurian was born and brought up in Kerala State, South India of Christian parents. Father (Late Pastor P.C.Chacko) was a leader and Overseer of the Church of God in India. His Maternal grandfather (Late Pastor T M Varughese) was one of the pioneers of the Church of God in India who has joined Rev Robert F Cook since the mid 1920's
